30 Day No Questions Returns
Returns are offered within 30 days of purchase. Items may be returned for any reason within the 30 day window. The original item purchased must be returned postage prepaid to Spruess LLC. Before sending a return the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and that RMA number must be included with the product return to allow us to identify the associated order. Upon receipt of return, Spruess LLC will issue a refund to the original purchase method. If unable to refund the original purchase method for any reason, Spruess LLC reserves the right to issue a refund by check or any other convenient means.

Shipping
Products utilizing free shipping will be shipped via the most convenient and cost effective carrier. Most orders will ship with USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
Shipping of in-stock items typically occurs within 1-2 business days.
Items which are out of stock or special order may take longer to ship.
Warranty
Any product offered on this site is warranted to be satisfactory to the Purchaser for a period of 6 months. Upon receipt of a written request from the Purchaser within the 6 month period requesting warranty service, Spruess LLC will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return and if return is necessary. Spruess LLC reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether repair, replacement or refund is appropriate. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
